We started in Southeast Asia
Trimax was first established in 2006, specializing in the design, supply, installation, and maintenance of Fire Prevention Systems in Malaysia (Southeast Asia region) and is marketed as Trimax Asia Engineering & Construction.
The group was named Trimax (Tri-Max) because it was founded by the company’s three founders, who still manage the business in Malaysia. Since our ultimate goal was to maximize our business and potential, the word “Max” was also incorporated into the name.
Given the high market demand during our early years, we established a separate division for building construction and maintenance.
We are proud to be among the most reputable fire protection contractors in the region, specializing in both fire protection systems and building maintenance services. The business continues to thrive and grow in the industry today.
We continue our journey in the Southwest of England
In 2016, part of Trimax relocated to England, launching Trimax Southwest – Property Maintenance. Serving the southwest of England (Exeter, Crediton, and Teignbridge – Devon), we focused on the maintenance of homes and businesses, working alongside several local property agencies.
Thanks to our analytical problem-solving skills, many of our clients were delighted that we could handle and resolve issues that other tradespeople couldn’t.

Our departure from England wasn’t easy, as many of our regular clients became close friends.
And now we are operating in Costa Blanca, Alicante region
In 2023, since part of the Trimax team is Spanish, we decided to relocate to Spain, and what better place than the province of Alicante? Here, we registered as Trimax MultiServicios (also known as Trimax MS), based in the Gran Alacant (Santa Pola). We believe that with the power of the sun, the beach, and good food, we can perform even better at our job!
